Poor communication and misleading information throughout my car purchase. I placed a deposit on a Toyota Corolla and was assured it would be MOT’d, serviced, and ready by Thursday. Despite multiple calls, I received no callbacks and conflicting updates. The MOT hadn’t been done as promised, and the car didn’t have the full Toyota service history I was told it had. I incurred extra costs due to delays and inaccurate info. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Car time is good dealership you can find it online even if you go straight to their business area. It has good service and they explain everything clear to you. The car comes with fully serviced and it comes very very clean and freshend smelling good for so long.

Ditta has been brilliant., he was so helpful throughout the purchase. Even after when I had an issue come up he was transparent took everything on board and got a part sent out to me straight away. I really can't fault the service. 5 stars.

The car has been great, and I have not had any issues come up, which is always a positive thing. While I was in the process of purchasing, the person I was originally dealing with left the company. However, Ditta really stepped up and helped finish the deal. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a bit of a wait due to the finance, but everything was sorted, and the car was delivered to me on time and in good condition. The only thing I will knock half a point off for is that they forgot to include the charger with the Cupra, so I had to wait a few weeks for it to be delivered, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything else was great.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta back in September. I did have some initial issues come up, but I took the car to Halfords and Cartime reimbursed me for all the repairs. I also have an issue with the back seatbelt not working. Cartime did offer to sort this for me, but the only appointments available were during the week, and with work I could not make the time, so I will just get that sorted myself. I will say the customer service was very good. The purchase went smoothly, and their response after I reported the issues was quick. They reimbursed me without any hassle, which I appreciated. I would rate my experience 3.5 out of 5.
