I went with my partner to purchase a vehicle. The Service we received was excellent, I felt that the dealership really shined for the fact they didn't put any pressure on the sale, didn't feel pushed and that the decision was ours to make. However if we had any questions they were more than happy to assist and give us advice, it definitely installed confidence in us to purchase. The car was also cleaned immaculately for us which was appreciated, couldn't fault anything. Thank you.

Everything is great with the car and the customer service was faultless. When there was an issue with the tyre sensors, they got this sorted and paid for right away without any drama. 5 out of 5!

I excitedly collected my Mazda from Warwick Hall Cars yesterday and the whole process has been so easy. A huge Thank You to Jamie - what a star! From the moment I walked in for a 'nose' at two cars I'd seen online, Jamie dealt with my questions and concerns with professionalism and honesty. A very different buying experience to anywhere I've been before. The car was given an MOT, a valet and a couple of scratches sorted on the bumper/bonnet. Happy with the price given for my part exchange and the warranty gives me peace of mind. I will definitely return 👌

Massive thanks to Jamie for such brilliant service. I went to 3 different places that had the same vehicle as I knew what I wanted and ultimately chose the best option which was Warwick Hall Cars. The car was immaculately clean, whereas the other 2 I had viewed had mold in! The service was absolutely fantastic, they were really friendly and efficient, everything was done so quickly no messing around. I could just tell they took pride in the cars they sell and in looking after customers, couldn't have gone any better!

5, amazing service, Charles was so helpful, he's even sorting me 3 new headrests and has sorted out minor issues I've had nothing is too much trouble.

A Great car and im very happy. Before I bought it I was looking around at a few,then I saw the fiesta at Warwick hall cars which was a great price and just what I was looking for. There was a paint defect on the bumper and a couple of other things which they sorted out straight away and its as good as new It was a very straight forward process with no pressure and very friendly staff Jaime and charles dealt with any issues or questions i had in a professional manner. I would recommend Warwick hall cars and would buy from them again

Impressed with the service at Warwick Hall Cars. They were super helpful and I have had no issues with the car. They said if I do have any issues I can take it to somewhere local to me and they will reimburse/pay for the issues under warranty which was reassuring as I am in Swansea, I felt valued as a customer and have no complaints. Great guys.
