I am a returning customer and I will always give praise where its due. The wife is just as happy as me because she can drive this car where as she couldn't drive the last one. We both drive the car and we both love it so much. Jamie, on the day we purchased the car literally couldn't do enough for us, he did everything we asked and more. He made sure we were happy with what we were choosing. We have a lot of time for Concept and staff and we always will.

I purchased a lovely little nippy Astra- pretty speedy for a 1.4! I am liking it a lot, its a brilliant motor that does the job nicely. There is a really helpful team of staff, that are very polite and easy to talk to. The dealership its self looked well organised and clean, the staff were well presented and had a great manner about themselves. All round a lovely experience.

The Vauxhall Astra is a cracking car to drive, much better than my old Nissan Juke, I'd say the Astra is quite an upgrade. The staff at Concept Car Credit in Manchester were so polite and highly professional. No issues along the way at all! 1 smooth run down at Concept.

We are so happy with this fantastic dealership, it was a great experience that we loved every minuet of. We are loving the Citroen C4, we literally can not find enough excuses to get out in it. The car is so fun to drive. I really liked the service we received, it was so simple and easy and so unbelievably straight forward. Normally if you go to a place for finance they try and make you sign and read over 19376251103 things to go through, where as these guys basically did it all for us and just gave us advice where needed. I will deffo be rating Concept Car Credit 5 stars, I would actually rate them 10 if I could. Just wanted to say that Laura from start to finish was the most helpful lady and we can't thank her enough.

A very straight forward experience down at Concept Car Credit in Manchester, really good and really quick. Really enjoying driving the Audi Q3, its not much different to the cars aIl have had before, always had a similar size so didn't get much getting used to! Happy all round.
