I can't thank Herts and Motor company ltd enough for making the buying process so easy and stress free. I saw a car I liked on their website so I gave them a call and after speaking to Charles on the phone I knew this was the dealer for me. Charles was very friendly and helpful, and after a few bad experiences with previous dealers I felt immediately at ease. I didn't have time to go and view the car but I trusted Charles completely and got it delivered to me. I was not disappointed! The car was even better than expected and I have no issues whatsoever. I'm very glad I decided to go with Herts and Motors and will definitely be checking their stock again when I'm ready for an upgrade! Thanks to Charles and the team I am a very happy customer!

The Seat Ibiza is a good little car and I am thoroughly enjoying getting said to it. The car suits my needs perfectly and does what I need it to do with no issues at all. My friend came across Herts and Essex Motor Company online for me so I got in touch with them and arrange to visit them to have a look at the selection of cars they had to offer. I came across the Citroen Berlingo and instantly fell in love with it. Charles and Chris were so helpful, and there was no pressure put on my to purchase the car. After driving away from the forecourt I needed to stop at a petrol station to fill up with petrol because of the long journey home. I struggled to get the petrol cap off and called them to let them know. They was with me within 20 minutes to help me and I cannot thank them enough for doing so and how helpful they were with this. Thank you for everything, I will certainly be back in touch when the time comes to upgrade my car.

The customer service was exceptional, I am very pleased, Chris was informative and had great product knowledge. I would be happy recommending my friends and family to Herts and Essex and confident in them been looked after with the same treatment.

I have to say the service absolutely great, they all looked after me well. The 2nd key was missing and they sent this out to me and the previous owner hasn't provided the parcel shelf so they sourced one and sent it to me in the post. The AC is not as cold as it could be but I'm going to contact them about this anyway, I can imagine they will be as helpful as they have always been. I am happy over all with my Xtrail and would use again based on my experience so far.

Buying a new car is always an anxious time but Chris and Charles at Herts and Essex minimised the stress, they explained every step thoroughly yet simply! They made buying my Audi A3 a total breeze.
