I dealt with Charles at Herts and Essex and I couldn't fault him what so ever, a really light hearted, friendly and welcoming chap - we had a laugh. He wasn't too serious but was also professional, he made the experience exciting, it was great. I'm really happy with the Kia Rio I purchased its a lovely car and I'm enjoying driving it, I collected it from their site and it looked incredibly clean and sparkly! No hesitation in using this dealer again.

I cannot fault Chris and Jason at Herts and Essex Motor Company, they were absolutely brilliant, I went to see the car (Audi A3) and it was lovely, I really liked it and didn't want to miss the opportunity. I left a despot with them and arrange to pay the rest by transfer when the car was delivered to me. When the car was delivered I went to make the transfer and my bank would not allow me to make a transaction without going into branch (Due to all the fraud going on and the high amount of money been transferred). I was gutted, I rang Chris and explained, I said you will have to come and take it back until I can sort, he said don't worry try and get to the bank tomorrow, leave the car for tonight and ring me tomorrow, luckily I went in the morning and all was good but Chris didnt need to do that, I was very impressed with the level of trust and very glad I was able to keep the car. Everything is absolutely perfect with the A3, its honestly a great car and its very comfortable & practical its lovely. Herts and Essex Motor Company come with my recommendations and I will 100% buy from them again next time I want to swap my car.

I bought an Audi from here and not long after I had an issue with a squeaky noise, I didnt know what it was but contacted the dealership and they got it sorted for me, quickly and at no cost to me, they were helpful and really friendly throughout. Now the car is fixed, I'm really happy with it. I would but here again and recommend to others.

Excellent service, great communication and updates through-out. I was given all the information, facts and history of the car and told to come back to them with my thoughts - no breathing down my neck with a hard sell. The car is bob on, made up with it, I can't complain, all is going well since buying, I have no reason to not recommend to others - great little dealership.
