I went down to view/collect my car and the team were all on hand to help, they had everything ready for me and given I was happy - I was able to drive away that day. The Mercedes I purchased is honestly just beautiful, its such a lovely car, very nice to drive and looks amazing 😍

By far the best dealer I've purchased from. It was different buying from Herts and Essex motor company, the staff were so helpful and laid back, not pushy, it was chilled. The car's are advertised honestly and there was no hidden surprises or disappointments. Since buying the car its been perfect, I'm really happy with it, I cant fault the dealership car or services at all and I will highly recommend to others moving forward.

I just bought a fabulous car from herts & essex motor company, I saw it online and it was by far the best priced Toyota Ioniq I had seen (Id been car searching for over 4 weeks). The condition was perfect, and the car was the exact one I wanted. The dealer was very good, very nice and helpful. They did everything for me, it was effortless for me, I will buy from here next time Im ready for something new.

I've not been able to drive the car as much as I would have liked due to lockdown and having use of a work vehicle but it seems great! What I have driven of it has been enjoyable, and I noticed its very comfortable for driving. I dealt with a nice lad at the dealership, really helpful - no issues at all. I will recommend this dealer moving forward.

I'd paid the finance off on my old car towards the end of last year so I was in the market for a new one, then we found out we were expecting our first child. It made sense really to look at getting more of a family car - We needed something a little bigger and more reliable which is why we went for the Qashqai. Its a great car and ideal for what we need. Jason at Herts and Essex motor Company was brilliant! He made the process really easy. The car is perfect for what we needed, it seems reliable and been great since buying.

I was originally going to look at buying a Ford Kuga but it wasn't available so I looked at the Ford Mondeo instead... I am a big believer in fate and think it was meant to be, I'm really pleased with it. Being pretty well up on my cars, I knew exactly what I wanted and went browsing for a GLC 220. Herts and Essex had exactly what I was looking for, and I was been picky, it ticked every box. I contacted them and arranged to go down and have a look. It was as described online and looked fab, in fact, I dont think the pictures did it justice. The purchase was really well handled. The car drives great, I'm very pleased with it.... I just need to find a carwash thats open now 🚗🚿

I was really impressed with the service from Herts and Essex Motor Company Ltd. I found them really easy to deal with and it was a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere, I did not feel pressured at all, which was one of my concerns. I ended up buying a Mercedes and I love it - it drives very nicely. I would definitely purchase from here again if and when the time comes again.
