The Skoda yeti is lovely. I have been looking for an automatic Skoda for ages, and I found one on Autotrader through Ponko. I dealt with jack quite a lot and he was very patient, he helped with a problem with my disability, so he managed to get the boot latch fixed so it was easier to open for me.

Ponko had the car I was looking for at competitive rates, when I went down there they were very professional throughout the whole experience. The car was in good condition as well 😊

Apart from the fact I haven't received my new log book I would give it a 5

Since purchasing the Nissan Juke, I had to take it back to get the battery replaced, which they did straightaway, the aftersales was good. On the day I found the Juke on their website, they got it ready for me, and I went on a test drive and went through the documentation, all pretty straightforward. The extended warranty was pushed on me a bit, but that was expected. Other than that, all good.

I went to Ponko previously in the year and got a black A3 saloon. Unfortunately, the car was written off. I went back to Ponko in January and got another A3, but this time a blue hatchback Quattro. Nothing in particular stood out at the dealership, it was straightforward. I asked Jack for some extra things to be added to the paperwork, which he did straight away, which I was pleased with. If I were to buy a car again in the future, I would most likely go back to Ponko.

4 the only thing that lowered it was that an engine light came on less then 24hrs later and it needed a new sensor

Everyone at Ponko was very kind and nobody was pushy with the deal. Phil was great and Id definitely recommend buying from Ponko

I had bought a car from Ponko in the past, and the experience was good, they were very attentive, quick at responding so I went back. and it was the same experience again this time to be fair. The customer service was good all of the people spoke to me and they remembered me. making me a drink and everything. Five stars all round pretty good.
