Absolutely love the car. I went from a 2003 Corsa to a nearly new Volkswagen Polo, its incredible. It looks smart, clean and to say I'm enjoying driving it, would be an understatement. The guys at herts and essex motor company were extremely polite and helpful. I was totally taken back by the range of stock on site, really impressive. The technology in the car is unbelievable. Im just super super happy with it. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to friends. If you want a quick, easy, reliable garage Herts and essex is your place! I went down and 45 minutes later I was driving away in my new shiny VW!

I was really happy with the car and the customer service levels provided by Herts and Essex dealership, the Mercedes-Benz I bought is fab. It did go back for some work, but the dealer was extremely helpful and got it sorted really quickly. They were friendly and helpful with the sale and throughout the process, I'd definitely recommend using these, for great value and quality cars.

I've taken the Toyota for a few long distant journeys since buying and its running really well with no issues. I found the car online first and then went to view it, it was an easy and simple process. I test drove, decided I wanted the car and everything was sorted from there. The staff wasn't pushy at all, they have a relaxed approach, but also a quick, easy process. Really helpful, I would have no objections to using Herts and Essex Motor Company again in the future.

I've never bought a car before, so for a first time experience I was really impressed. The dealership constantly kept me updated and was just generally helpful. I did have a small issue with the car after buying, but I contacted Herts and Essex and they sorted it straight away for me. I'm really happy with the car and the service was brilliant.

They have done everything they said they would do, I realised it needed a tyre when I got home and they posted it to me straight away. Dealt with Charles who was really helpful, nothing too much trouble. Lovely car. Great company would recommend them.

Can highly recommend these guys, cant remember the name of the guy who dealt with us but it was a blinding hot day and he didn't rush us, gave us lots of time to make decision, gave lots of space, no pushy salesmen here. Car is excellent, cant fault it.
