I was dealing with someone else however I’ve delt with Dylan on the day and he was very pleasant. I’ve had a small issue with the key for the rear shutter, but it’s all resolved and they reimbursed me for this. I’ve needed a 4x4 as I own a camp site at home, I’ve found the Ford Ranger at Phantom and I really like it.

This is the first time I’ve purchased from them and I'm very satisfied. I found the Audi on the internet and immediately liked it, the more I read about Phantom and their service and warranty the more I was drawn in. Jon who I dealt with, was great, he engendered a modicum of trust so I knew I wasn't dealing with a home & garden second hand car salesman. The car is great, the service at phantom was great, overall can’t complain!

The dealership was well set out, had loads of nice cars and the staff were alright. My daughter was looking for a specific Ranger Rover Velar and Phantom had the closest one to what she wanted. We’ve had a couple of mechanical issues with the car the next day, however they have all be sorted now. Chelsea let us know everything we need to know, talked us through everything and got the car prepared for us.

I found the Renault Koleos online with a good price, great milage and fantastic condition. Phantom were fantastic and Amir’s communication was always very good. I’ve had to travel 150 miles via train and they covered the travel expenses which was great. I’ve had the car for two months and I'm over the moon with it - I'd certainly recommend them it was a 10 out of 10!

My brother has gone with phantom before and recommended them to me. It was a rest assured choice, you may pay a bit more, but when you have kids going to school and everything else you want a good car and you get what you pay for. The only unfortunate thing on the day was the hot water machine was broken so I didn’t get my cuppa hahaha! Everyone was very very good, it’s a good team and I couldn’t fault them! I dealt with Chelsea over the phone, when I left a voice mail she got right back to me. There were a couple of guys in finance, they were good lads too. As a whole, once I make big dough I'll be back for the Bentley!

I’ve had my current car for 6 years and I’ve ended changing over at Phantom, the Range Rover Sport is alright. This is the first time I’ve used them, there have been a few issues while purchasing and servicing. They haven’t been the quickest in replying as Im still waiting to hear back on the missing locking wheel nut and the service light that came on. I had to drive 5 hours to get to Phantom and then wait another 2 hours to pick up the car. The preparation was not as great as expected when I arrived. There were a few issues at the dealership with the car initially but they were resolved on the spot. To be fair my time at the dealership ok, Longin and the guys were helpful and very polite.

Bought 2 cars at once, and although they were delayed, I was kept informed, and they delivered them separately on the same day, morning and evening on s Friday. The cats came with a full service and a check list which was above and beyond. Mine especially as it got new brakes and disks, which on the test drive prior the brakes were good. 3 months later and all is well. I took extra warranty out as it was worth it. I’d buy from them again, but I’d never sell my dream car they supplied. Thanks Dylan

The M3 touring was the best value on the market when I came across it on Autotrader, Mileage was a bit higher but that doesn't really matter to me, I liked the look of the car and value for money. The specs were pretty good and it was really the colour that sold it to me! When we went down to Phantom had really good cars at the dealership. Due to us traveling down from the very top of Scotland, we could only do certain dates and times that didn’t line up with the dealership. However, they managed to make time and space for us to come down when it suited us, Amir was great, he was really helpful, and I couldn’t complain.

The Ford Transit from Phantom is brilliant, everything's been good! I’ve been needing a new van to be honest and looking for a while. Phantom had a lot of nice cars on the website, when I was flicking through I found the Transit which had no VAT which was quite a good deal so I nipped down. I noticed they knocked quite a bit off it from the first time I saw it online! I dealt with Longin he was superb, he made sure everything ran smoothly!

My car was on the older side so I was looking for something newer online and found this Discovery at Phantom, came in for a test drive and liked it. There was a bit of a disappointment on the trade in price as it was lower than initially quoted, but the lad Jack that dealt with me was really professional and knowledgeable.
